The configuration files of MSME can become corrupted and the console of MSME appears unavailable.
To solve this issue:
- Stop MSME service
- Go to the McAfee path (default): “C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\MSME\Config”
- Delete cs_rules_en and McAfeeConfig files,
- Copy the files from “C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\MSME\Config\default” to “C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\MSME\Config”
- Go to the Quarantine Path
- Delete Database.
- Start MSME service.
